“Yoga connects (students) to the community. It's an easy way to make a connection. It's very good for the body and it's a challenge.” - Darren Rhodes

Flow Yoga
The word “Yoga” is derived from the Sanskrit
word “yuj” which means to yoke or bind and is
often interpreted to mean “union”. There are
as many styles of yoga as the people who
practice but they all work to join the
individuals mind, body and spirit using the
breath.
Practical Pilates
Joseph H Pilates (1880-1967) was a noted
German inventor who created an exercise
method originally called “Contrology”. A
sickly childhood led Pilates to his unique
training system in the hopes to rid his
students of any physical limitations. There
are many variations of the method
today but all strive to increase strength,
flexibility stamina and concentration.
